  • What if my car is in an underground garage?
    Please talk to management and see if they will let us work there, sometimes they will let us use the loading dock. I can’t run my power generators underground so you will have to park near a power outlet.
  • How can I pay for the service?
    We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Check, and Cash!
  • Will you be able to buff off any scratches?
    Any scratch you can feel with your fingernail will not come out.
  • Do you do leather repair or wheel repair?
    At the moment we do not.
  • Do I have to be there during the service?
    No, you don’t have to be there, but sometimes we accidentally lock the doors when cleaning around the lock and window buttons on the doors so please leave the key either on the cup holders or under the front porch somewhere!
  • What if I don’t have a driveway?
    We can work in a public street but we need to park in front of the vehicle, behind it or next to it and we can’t do it if the street is too narrow or too busy and we need to be able to fully open the car doors!
  • Do you need access to water or a power outlet?
    No, we bring our own electricity and water!
